The Importance of Sequence in a Curriculum
I'd like to amplify something that Barbara mentioned and sort of implied at, but I would like to make a little bit more explicit. In order for any educator to know that, yes, this is that's what this lesson plan is going to do, they need to know what the children already know. And about the only way you can do that is not just with a curriculum that is chock full of stuff, but one that is also carefully sequence. That's so important.
