Pain Management

Start with pain management options that fall under the category of, they can do this themselves. Then go to things that an unskilled, you know, family member can do this to you. And if you're decreasing, my advice is going to say, save your physical therapy dollars and and go see the thepetist. It's all contectuals. All whatever works for the patient work for the patient when it comes to pain. Asi te never that never happendi i give them a plan. But at the end of the day, as long as they're changing their outcome,  it doesn't even matter what strategies we use.
