Introduction

Islam considers it totally prohibited to use even a nickname that someone does not like to be called by. Allah says in Surah Al-Kajurad, do not call each other using the names that are detested by one another. Your identity according to us and our teachings is evidence that you will be responsible and accountable for your deeds on the day of judgment.
