Isis - A Self Starter
The problem with the term is it's almost never accurate. Ordy say, it looks like a lone wolf attack. It's usually a heap. This has really become a movement in his mother's basement,. In their mam's basement, on facebook, tube and twitter. And he's radicalized through the propaganda that the atlomic t or another jahotis group puts out there law enforcement agencies about the threat of long wolves. He decides to take action on his own, without any actual connective tissue back to the organization. A self starter exactly essentially self radicalizing within it.
