Edmund dudley is often known as one of the new men of henry the seventh. He comes from a relatively obscure background, though he's in many ways more upper crust than some of the other new men. Hisgesnich academic subject was the king's prerogative. And by 15 o four, henry the 7th was very interested in shoring up money to preserve his dynasty.
