The Benefits of Artificial Intelligence

Raffi: Are there legislative fixes, though, that can kind of rain artificial intelligence in? Or is this genie out of the bottle in a way that people can't really regulate? Well, look, Congress was designed to operate slowly and liberatively. So we can't allow them alone to try to make this decision.
