How to Tell if You're Doing It Correctly

There's one thing I did notice to this front to here seems to be Jutting in front of the other one whereas I don't think I ever had that in the past or I just never noticed it. Do you have like the whole thing like suctioned up on the roof of your mouth all day or how like This closed yeah It's like sometimes when I consciously try to do it feels Uncomfortable and I wasn't sure the optimal is just to have it, you know like lightly touching where the whole thing is usually suctioned.
