i was just completely hooked on the sherwood ranges from that moment. And so i wrote about stanley christophesand in together we stand, which was a book that eventurly came about north africa. Then later on, am i had the opportunity to edit the whole of um stanleychristopheson's diaries and publish it in a book. We went beetling around talking to former sherwood rangers, yeomanry ar veterans,. who were still alive, and had a fantastic time doing that. What do you see is the peculiar challenges of serving in a tank regiment, as opposed to n, say, in the infantry?
