The Russians' Attack on ISIS in Syria

Three Russian fighter jets began harassing those drones using things like parachute flares to drop in front of them as well as one aircraft engaging its afterburner. Clearly meant to harass and clearly unprofessional and unsafe behavior on the part of the Russians. They don't care about the counter-ISIS mission even though rationally speaking, that's something that we should be working on together. But that doesn't matter to Vladimir Putin. He's just going to keep probing and keep probing until we push back.
