Timing in Comedy Is Crucial
In comedy, timing is really crucial. It's very easy to kill a joke by either giving it too much time or too little time. A lot of the stuff they were shooting in a two shot between steve and martin was very organic and integral. I definitely sided more with mabel on things. There's nancy in number five, where they're talking about the ren contrahearing. And i always just sort of resonated with mabel,. Where she's like, oh my god, grandpa's stop talking tit was like, guess that's me.
