Self Portraiture, Movement, and the Fun of Self Portraits

i've seen so many interesting self portraits, whether it's been cat or johnny edward or other people that i see on line. My own self portus usually is like, put the a, y put the elbow on the apple box and kind of pose underneath your chin. Movement being one of the a a categories ategor portrait masters words thet us like, you know what? These people are moving and flowing and fabric and this is awesome. I think we have this tendency to want to look at what other photographers are doing, instead of actually looking out toward just different ereas of art for inspiration.
