How Much Consideration Did You Give Before the Negotiations?
It was impossible to take a look at their budget and kno, just looking at their budget, where their pain points were. There were some assumptions i think we made whele this shouldnt be an issue. But then when we had a conversation with them, we realized, ok, i understand now that that is an issue. That's so important when it comes to maintaining a good position in these negotiations.
