The ruling could open up several seats across several states that Democrats could win now that they could add second majority minority district. Neil Gorsuch for reasons that I'm sure have to do with his own personal experiences is an ardent defender of the rights of Native Americans. All six of these right wing judges are going to unite together but we are seeing, as you pointed out in this case, a number of instances where they're going to scrap with each other.
