How Do You Develop an Innovative Mind Set?

Cheri: I want to ask you one last question a and i just love this book. You write not only about hearts that are focused outwards, but you talk about innovative minds. To me, this is a hall mark of your leadership. How do you develop an innovate mind set yourselfand invite those kind of people around you? Cheri: More does not create more innovation. More creates laziness. More creates dependency. Less it actually creates it. So if you want to be innovative, you don't have to be good at recognizing great ideas.
