Trump's attorneys ended up saying, well, why don't we just come back in November and we'll kind of figure out then where we're at. The Defense Council intends to file several motions related to suppressing evidence about Evan Corcoran's notes. They mentioned that there is something about abusive grand jury process as a potential motion.
