The Average Real Total Return of Stocks for the Next Two Centuries
The average real return on stocks, real total return is about 7% per year over two centuries. Six and a half to seven is the long run average. I think you might expect that definitely to accelerate. At 25%, five, five and a half, maybe real. Fastly superior to bonds. It's even better than compared to bonds. And again, that was already beginning to be in play before COVID.
