God Remembers His People When They're in Exile

Joseph is the last one born when they're in exile. No other sons will be born through the rest of this chapter or even through chapter 31. And like you said, he didn't forgive him. So thank God for his remembrance. In this case, it's kind of ironic. When he remembers Rachel, he gives her Joseph.
