Is It a Choice or a Case of Demographics?

Many Americans are saying, well, if I have a choice of putting money to my long-term retirement or doing tax advantage savings for my kids' education, I'm probably going to stick with the retirement and self-fund the education. The 55 million plus Americans that don't have access to a workplace plan are probably working for a small company. There's a lot happening right now to try and create a better environment for small companies to start programs.
