We think there's going to be some fantastic opportunities in the distressed debt landscape coming in over the next 18 to 24 months as that reset does occur. We're building a war chest to take advantage of that. When you see spread blow out in, I'm going to just use industrials because I already said it, if you see that blowout where you're getting 1000 or 1200 basis points on top of the fed funds rate,. now you start talking about really, really good return.
