The Garden of My Grandma
Residents of Sito Street in Cairo started turning a median across the street into something green. They collected money from each other to put trees and flowers there. After 10-15 years it was fully cultivated, fully green and very pleasant indeed. The building's unofficial doctor is called Lookedorami when they need their blood pressure taken.
