Midas was in total shock. His daughter was solid gold in front of him, with a horrified look just frozen on her face. Dionysus looked on the man who hadn't had a bath or decent meal in the past week. Midas thanked Dionysus and said he wouldn't say careless things to the gods again. Three days later, Midas received an invitation. Marceus, a seder, had challenged the god Apollo to a contest to see who could play their instrument the best. In a story we'll talk about eventually, Apollo had the first liar ever from Hermes.
