Coaches Have to Teach Kids How to Communicate

Coaches have to understand that most of our kids communication is through their phone or their device. So a kid may come to you and they don't even know how to have a conversation. They may not understand bo ee contact, body language, voice inflection and things like that. A lot of the kids to day, they go home, they go to their bedroom, theya, they stay separate from their parents for hours. And yet, i'm not knocking this generation. You know, everybody says, you know, kids have changed these days. Well,Kids have changed, of course, but adults have changed as well.
