Mike Williams and the Kellen Moore Offense
Mike Williams' target share was still around almost 20% last year, but he didn't have Quentin Johnson behind him. Now you have a true talented receiver rookie guy that can push him. I don't think Kellen Moore is a terrible offensive coordinator. He struggled because McCarthy was there. So if they allow him to open it up a little bit, I do think that he elevates their wide receiver room.
