I wouldn't, I've got to be honest, I wouldn't expect to see an identity yet. To my mind, now he's got the players back, pretty much all of them, obviously come today to come. And then he can worry about the rest and work on the rest in the background in longer term. But for me, I look at it and just think these next three games are huge for him. The owners say that ideally the plan would be for him to certainly finish this season and even finish next season before a review is carried out. Whether the opinion of the board would change that quickly or whether it would just mean that a change in the summer became inevitable or what
