Blacks Killing Elderly Asians and Elder Whites

Over 90 95% of all black victims are killed by other blacks. Blacks die of homicide at 13 times the rate between the ages of ten and 34, compared to white individuals aged 10-34. If there were whites doing the same thing to blacks, we would be hearing about it round the clock. The best solution is to talk about this dhis functional inner city culture. That leads to the failure to socialize young black males.
