This is perhaps one of the most progressive judgments in philosophy. It kind of blows my mind that india is the only country in asia to do so. And i think this was an incredible judgment. Whether or not it applied to or onas case is a separate matter. The fact that this law wralized and made legislation, and the supreme court had a stance on the matter, is actually incredible to me.
