Is There a Market for Inverse ETFs?

We follow like a market cap approach, but you don't want to be in a situation which Amazon becomes 45% of the index. That's why we have the weight of each company anywhere between 8% to 12%. We try to stay away from those types of strategies because we don't think they incentivize the right type of investor behavior. It's more speculative than it is investing.
