The Relationship Between Lewis and Dorothy L. Sayers
C. S. Lewis did have some really key friendships with women, didn't he? Well, he did. Some of them were complex; others were more straightforward. Mrs. Moore was very important for Lewis in helping him grow as a person and developing his social skills. And I think Dorothy L. Sayers is worth noting here, because they had a rather robustious relationship. But certainly, they helped each other, particularly thinking about their role as apologists.
