Are You an Adventurer?
I love the idea of giving people a choice. There's no one process that will work for everyone, so choose your own adventure. It can get out of hand, like, we can't have too many choices ot ther, right? But heda, it is about the people, and we want good people to work for it,. So they should be comfortable and at ease in these interviews. And i would really like to make a primer about bias to anyone who would be an interviewer.
