The Importance of Getting Young Players Early
Being sustainable is about finding those gems, finding those young players before anyone else does. And by fishing in different ponds, quite often we are finding those players before anybody else. So there is a desire to start with to come in this direction. The other benefit, of course, from a business perspective, I guess, of the younger players is you've got them before they've reached these ludicrous fees,. You might not want to compete with. We can't compete with. That's that's why it's an important part of our model. If we can get the best young players early, we can then develop them from a coaching perspective and a human perspective. Then they become much more valuable
