Percutaneous Cryo-Oblations of Renal Tumors: A Time for a New Paradigm Shift

New study in JVIR called Percutaneous Cryo-oblations of renal tumors is a time for a new paradigm shift. Every T1A lesion if we think that we can ablate it, we're going to do that percutaneously. Currently I have a cohort of nearly 200, 250 patients. We bring them in with the intent to treat and currently I've only had one where we got to the day of the procedure and we absolutely couldn't do it for anatomical reasons.
