Microsoft's Strategy for Attracting and Retaining Top Cyber Talent
There's not enough cybersecurity professionals globally to protect public and private infrastructure. We're certainly not training or certifying enough cyber security students to close the gap. To date, we've trained more than 400,000 professionals through a variety of channels including our Microsoft Learn channel. For every two cyber jobs that are filled, one sitting empty today.
