Ouigi: A Woman's Right Activist

Ouigi was the name of a woman's right activist named ouida actually but ouigi okay So Peter's basically was just like thinking oh here's a name of this woman that I like who i'm a fan of I'll just spell it wrong and everything's fucked. Coincidentally she was wearing a locket bearing the picture of a woman named Ouigi above her head. It was eerie and cryptic except for the fact that Peter's acknowledged she was wearing A locket bearing an image of a woman called Ouigiabove her head. The story went on to be published by Simon & Schuster in their new book, "The Ghost Whisperer"
