The supreme court on friday issued a decision allowing abortion providers in texas to continue challenging a new law that bands most abortion in the state after about six weeks of pregnancy. Anyone who assists in providing an illegal abortion, from the provider down to the person who gives a woman a right to th clinic, can be sued. Ro v wade has essentially been overturned in the state. And i will also note, it was reported even by nbc, conservatives are signalling that come june of 20 22, ro v wade is one.
