A crucial conversation is a discussion between two or more people where the stakes are high and emotions run strong. I'll be going over some notes here that I wrote down in my laptop and talking to you about them. At least one reason to read this book, at least one reason is because, and they say this in the book, the emotional pain that we hold in contributes to our health. So once you recognize that's a crucial conversation, then you can work through it properly.
