The Mayor Blames the Republicans for Killing Comprehensive Immigration Reform

Mayor Rahm Emanuel blames Republicans for failure to pass immigration reform in 2007. Obama was a freshman senator at the time, following his leader Harry Reid's lead and killing bipartisan effort.
