Quinta: It's important to distinguish between everything happening immediately and the committee playing hard ball in the way that many people want it to do. The committee has been pretty clear that it is ready to be aggressive and that it understands itself as being aggressive and moving immediately for criminal contempt. But even that doesn't mean that it's going to get everything it wants, and especially it doesn't know if it will get what it wants.
