The Case of Michael Nickerbacher

Tiffany Sessions disappeared from her home in Alachua County, Florida on September 15, 1995. The case has never been solved and remains one of the state's most unsolved homicide cases. A $250,000 reward was offered for information leading to a confession by convicted serial rapist Michael Nickerbacher. In prison, Nickerbacher admitted he wrote an anonymous letter confessing to killing Tiffany but said it was just a joke.
