The Body Corporate - The Most Recent Purchase
There was some real quirks about the building. Some pretty zealous owners who were very deeply involved in the body corporate would take it upon themselves to really police the operations of the building. And there were security cameras in the building and a resident was paid by the body corporate to review the footage and then issue fines for people who were breaching rules that lack bringing garbage through the carpeted hallways. It was a bit of a police date.
