When it comes to property, there's so many unique variables that go into what a value proposition could be. You have these add-ons, they equal X amount and therefore this is the price and that's just what it is. And that's why we get such a fluctuation in price across the board because it's really subjective. I don't buy a brand but I'm lucky if I was going into the likes of Zara.
