Backward Design in Clinical Practice
Backward design has a lot of applicability to clinical practice as well. On the first day that I start on service, I try to meet with each learner either individually or in a small group based off of their training level. And then we kind of break it down even further and take that broad goal and try to develop specific measurable learning objectives which we will be working on during the week.
