The Body and the Soul

There's this body soul thing that's integrated, like we are. Every single one of us is actually an incarnation of a human or the incarnation of the soul. So there is this physical body, but the physical bodys always representing a spiritual reality. How do we broaden that, or deepen that understanding of the body and the soul? And how that can actually help us with the sexedness of our bodies,. which i think is just a kind of a mystry.
