We don't know anything about if Russians are loyal to Putin. We have very strong suspicion that most Russians are not loyal to Putin and do not support this war. For many months, there were no volunteers willing to go to that war. That's why Progosion had to record people from prisons. Everything we see is that the Russian society is very depressed. They had very clear vision of their prosperous future and they lost it.
