The Risks of Private Credit Disintermediation
It's the first industry that really had to re-rate to 5% interest rates. The private sponsors don't want to take their companies public because the valuations have to be lower. We just spoke yesterday with the head of a P.E. from the do a lot of private capital. I believe that the shadow banking system has been growing significantly.
