The Highest Number of Disruptive Passenger Incidents in History

There is not a formal no fly list for disruptive passengers, but individual airlines can ban someone from future travel. Disruptive passenger incidents skyrocketed during the pandemic to nearly 6,000 in 2021. A CBS News investigation found that by the time they graduate high school, more than five million students have experienced sexual misconduct ranging from harassment to assault. On average, one offender passes through three different school districts before they're stopped.
