How Shutdowns Can Hurt the Progressive Bureaucracy

What does a government shutdown actually mean? The problem with being lead by cowards. Dumb Democrats are giving away their game. Chuck Schumer needs to shut down the government to show his base he’s fighting Trump, anything else is unacceptable. They can’t campaign for middle America without offending their base.
