The Top 10 States With the Highest Obamacare Enrollment Rates
Nine out of the 10 highest enrollments are in Republican led states, red states. The residents of those states are voting with their pocketbooks and their feet to try to get health insurance. Democrats got exactly zero electoral votes in 2020 as well as 2016 from all of these states.
