The Regression of Fantasy Football Projections

Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes each scored over 24 fantasy points per game last year. Among quarterbacks with eight or more games played, that's only occurred eight other times since 2011. Every single one of them saw their points per game drop the following year by at least a point. This is just an example of natural regression. It's hard to maintain greatness. But also it doesn't mean that you should fade them at 80p necessarily.
