Finland has granted a new defense material export permit to Turkey for the export of reinforced steel by a Finnish company. There isn't that much Finland could do about it really and I think trying to exert some pressure in Turkey would be probably very counterproductive. The ball is in Erdogan's court and especially as still a non NATO member state.
