Mri technology is a non invasive techniqu that uses strong magnetic fields, radio waves and also field gradiengs. The patient lies inside a tube shaped magnet and is exposed to a very strong magnetic field. atomic nuclei absorb external radio frequency waves and then re emit them in a magnetic evironment. These signals come from normal or diseased tissues. So the scander then n uses the signals to create cross sectional images of bodies air, tissues and organs.
